shambling abom's scream

a changeling shambler was able to keep a crowd of people down indefinetly by spamming their scream. im not sure if this is intended but it worked stupidly well, as anyone who came near was pretty much instantly knocked down by the scream. its possible for it to fuck up but only if the ling gets unlucky, really.
i think the cooldown should be raised a bit or the stun time lowered or something. its not a tactic ive really seen used but assholes abuse it sometimes.
