Aside from removing bullets and shrapnel from a victims chest cavity as it doesn't actually harm them and helps prevent harm from severe bleeding.

I'd argue that the act of cutting a human open with a scalpel is harm even if it is to get out a bullet and prevent bleeding.
You can't bypass a law to choose the greater good

As far as I know it doesn't do any script damage, so it should be cool.
