About the PR
Added 3 new artifacts, Brown Note,Warper, and Heat Surge
Emote Forcer Field - Anyone in range, every few seconds will do a selected emote, with randomized range (and naturally precursors get max 30 range)
Heat Surge - Sets most of the room on fire when activated
Warper - When activated warps around a set number of times, also teleporting anyone nearby to its destination.
Wormhole Warper (Warper subtype) - Same as the warper but teleports waay farther. (May not rarely end up in the syndie post)
Why's this needed?
Artifacts do be lackin / There should be more artifacts, because if you just do artresearch for 9 minutes you basically discover all of them. Also artifacts are pretty cool.
