This is my personal opinion and doesn't reflect the rest of the admin team, but with the way you tend to treat other people ingame and abuse power in roles trusted to you, I'm not interested in having you on the mentor team. Being a mentor is more than simply knowing things, it's about treating others with respect and not lording whatever power you have over them. I haven't seen you improve enough to think that you could be trusted not to misuse the tools that mentors are given access to.
