While I've only seen Echo Five a few times, every single time I did they were a joy to interact with as sec officer and added a lot of fun to my round. I'm fairly confident in their ability to be a good HoS at this stage, so in my opinion give em the beret.
fuck i misread what type of app it was!! nonetheless they are cool and seem very knowledgable in my interactions with them ingame and on the discord. still +1, particularly since I suggested they make a mentor app, heh
