Brick loaf.
Certifiably harder to chew, might be harder (and more likely to be thrown) then fruit cake.
Not really deadly as much as might pose a means for escape out of brig, or just something you can throw at people for some slight damage. the sec guards will probably notice you throwing a brick encased in a loaf of bread though.
Moldy loaf.
Put space fungus in the loafer I guess, get a gross loaf that doubles as penicillin.
useful when security somehow becomes a biohazard I guess.
Grease loaf.
Fry a thing and put it in the loafer, get a loaf that is just greasy and fattening. ugh.
