It would be a terribly obscure way of doing this but the most scinerd approach would be to put a form file somewhere on the mainframe that you can send to a printer to make more.

(I'm thinking it'd probably be a hardcoded thing, since it's not going to be supported by current code and it's way too niche to do properly)
