defibrillators shouldn't make people drop their items

Defibs feel mostly fine, my only issue with them is they trivialize getting the nukie knights sword (same thing for chairflipping). Maybe make wearing mag boots make you immune to defib drop/chairflip drop? (you dont fall down afterall). Would be a decent magboot and knight buff.
