Does LUCA increase the chance of splicing by 30% or does it make any splice that has a 0% chance 30%. (IE would a poppies and slurry pod splice for example be 30% with LUCA). The former seems fine however the latter seems like itd be horribly op. It isnt hard to get over 3 seeds of a plant, this would allow you to make hellplants incredibly quickly, esp considering the current state of the economy and how rushable credits can be.
