Creating the next stage of a pizza should keep it where it was.

When you flatten, dough, add ketchup, and add cheese when making a pizza, It will either go into a free hand or on the floor, regardless of if it was previously placed on a table. If a unfinished pizza goes to the next stage, it should stay on any surface it was placed/dropped on, to allow for easier mass production of pizza, like how adding extra ingredients to a pizza doesn't move it.
