Just so a timeline of events is clear:
1) you did a thing
2) an admin told you in discord not to do a thing
3) you acknowledged this
4) you continue to do thing
5) you are banned for a single hour
None of this strikes me as something outside of the standard moderation process. You forgetting you were told not to do something does not absolve you.
