A few ideas:
Let the pizza delivery suit let you ride mail chutes. Simply to help out a bit with delivery.
Expand the pizza vendor so that more variety of toppings are available. Also increase the price of vending machine pizzas so that player handled pizzas can be more competitive.
How about: When someone orders a pizza, the pizza delivery console gets the request, like on a QM console, except that the user can enter a "tip" for the delivery. When accepting the request, the timer is longer if there is no tip, and shorter the bigger the tip is.
One last idea, the person delivering the pizza has a special branded cap with a camera inside, similar to the camera helmets in security and science. When interacting with the pizza request console, you have the option to watch the pizza delivery in real time so you know wether your pizza is on the way, or wether the delivery has been lost to the depths of space.
