This suggestion comes from Discord, I can't take credit for it but I volunteered to post it, I think it's wonderful.
Pizza Delivery Driver
Access: None (not a Nanotrasen employee)
The Pizza Delivery Driver starts in a Pizza Satellite, which is a tiny offsite station that has a pizza delivery console. They have no internals or useful equipment, just a goofy little outfit. They are not on the crew manifest. At round start, the console randomly assigns one delivery job to the Driver, who is informed they have 10 minutes to complete their delivery or their implanted microbomb will go off, instantly killing them. Deliveries can be to any department on station.
The console spits out a boxed pizza in a stay-fresh tamper-proof package that will only open when emagged or in its designated location. The Driver must then take their single-seater shitty weaponless pod down to the station and complete the delivery, which will stop the timer and allow them to go on living. The challenge then is for the driver to get their pizza into whatever department they're supposed to be delivering to before they die without having proper access. Maybe they can just ask, but maybe Cargonia or Artlab or whoever is being shitty about it and won't let them in. Maybe they have to attempt a break-in. Maybe they need to get AA from the HoP, or have the Captain escort them to their delivery location.
Once their first delivery is complete they can just fuck off and the microbomb timer won't restart, but there should be a way (maybe via QM?) for people to place further pizza orders. These wouldn't automatically start a new timer, the Driver would have to go back out to the console and accept the job for it to do that. The timer could even shorten by 2 minutes for every delivery, adding a sense of heightened challenge over the course of the round.
Traitor drivers could get weapons to trick out their delivery pod with, or unbelievably hot red chili flakes. But the true chads would get a katana so they could be The Deliverator.
This would be my #1 job pick every round.
