Beepsky stun should bypass SMES Human

I like this. As an alternative if one is necessary, and I don't think it is, Beepsky should be able to fire out a pair of bolas every minute or so to wrap around someone's ankles and trip them, causing them to not be able to stand up until they can resist out of them (which wouldn't take that long).
