To Wonkmin, I've read the sticky. The sticky states that I should not appeal bans UNDER the 24 hours, so I doubt I'm the one who cannot read...
If you think about it, a 24 hour ban means that, by the time you post a ban appeal, it's AT LEAST 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds, assuming you're superhuman. Meaning that any 24 hour ban is no longer a 24 hour ban by the time you get to the forums to appeal it.
That said, it's explicitly in the rules that you are to follow the INTENT of the law, and NOT the specific writ, and that any attempt to rules-lawyer by abusing technicalities is, in fact, against the rules in and of itself.
A definite no from me.
