Sec ID Tracking Console

i was thinking it was because the ID cards have little tracking microchips in them, hence radio jammers/faraday cages would make the console not work (but have no effect on the AI's cameras if the AI is bored enough to look for someone)

It was addressed at Sundance's (yet again) supercop idea, really.

This would be awesome if you incorporated it into the security camera viewer computer.
Sort the interface so it isn't alphabetically (god that is painfully annoying that it is) instead sorted by area, and have your option to search for the ID at the very top. Also give a search tracking device option too, just incase you tagged someone.

Both the search ID and search tracking would work the same way you stated, giving a vague general area to where it is, only difference is the tracking is obviously an implant and can't be chucked.

This would make the security camera viewer 546456234243 times better.

I thought I made that clear. My suggestion wasn't any different from mozi's, it's just that instead of making a completely new console, it'll be in the security camera viewer console instead. Sounds logical to me, no?
