Mentor Application - Ihaveteeth (Has Teeth/NeuNet)

I've been humming and hawing over this aswell and i find it hard to put my finger on why i don't think i can entirely recomend Teeth as a Mentor right now. Some points were made by nefarious6th a few posts back that i agree with and i'm not certain how much it pertains to Mentorship but Antags in RP partly are about making a narative, there's been a few times in lower pop games where it seemed like Teeth took advantage of the low Sec force simply to cause mayhem. I suppose there's just isolated instances that make me hesitant to fully endorse mentorship on this.
