I just came out of an absolutely awful genetics round where I played as a new character which resulted in a lot of players not trusting the character to do their genetics, helping themselves and being generally awful, but Teeth made the round a lot more tolerable, they encouraged people to trust me and did their best to make things a little better. I thought I'd add this because it's an example of a mindset I believe mentors should have.
