Receiving mentorhelp responses should play a sound

I have been working on sounds for this exact thing! It's something that I've thought we needed for awhile. I have a bunch made up and a few favourites that I'm still tweaking, but yeah definitely something in my opinion that is needed.

edit: here's one that I came up with that would fit well in my opinion. Two-tone chime ending on a high note to give it a friendly feeling rather than a monotone thing like an admin message that makes you clench.
