We've had some excellent shifts together and you've shown competence and depth of gameplay time and time again. While we don't see each other nearly often enough, you've been highly communicative, fair, and diligent both as a Det and a SecOff. You are good at talking through situations and deescalating, along with being able to bring situations back under control when things start going haywire. Your communication is exceptional and you work to make RP more engaging and interesting for those involved.

Just wish we got to play more. Not sure if it's timezones or what, but we need more Selena!
