New Nuclear Operative class: CQC Specialist

I like the idea, a high risk, high reward class that adds an alternative to the csaber arm. I really like the many different attacks, adding more variety. Only thing I could think of is that it could be a bit imbalanced, but that is very hard to know without playing with it on a live server.
