+1, too tired to write an whole thing again, I've seen him a lot and hes always really helpful and helps people learn.
Should've mentioned, hes generally a good sec off as well, fair and helpful as well as not letting power go to his head. I felt the need to add this cause I replied like it was a mentor app lol.
