I didn't know Tray until I decided to try playing on the roleplay server today, and already he has made a really good impression on me.
When he says to "chatter on the comms" he means it. He communicates with the crew and with his team a lot, which, to me, might be the biggest HoS quality after not murderboning everything that looks like an antag.
He was also friendly all along, and filled me in on what happened during the round when I latejoined.
