add biosuit crate to cargo

now that patho is being A Thing again and disease resist actually matters now, i feel like there should be ways to get more biosuits than the few closets that spawn on-station. on most maps there's a very limited supply of them and they're the first thing that comes to mind when you think "disease resist gear". while spacesuits also serve this purpose, not everyone has access to them (and they all cause slowdown indoors except for like the ntso's), and not everyone has access to the biosuits either
