Allow bullet casings to be stuffed into containers like glass shards and the likes

Bullet casings are garbage as much as glass shards are, and as such it should be possible to click drag one and have all the surrounding ones stuffed into the container. Especially in the case of, say, a rapid fire gun, this ends up very useful.
