So this one's a little weird. This PR was closed, but it got combined into another PR that finally made "mutantrace" limbs show up as proper exotic-looking limbs rather than mysteriously looking like human ones, by adding sprites for them and changing the code to properly account for mutant limbs. Basically, we really do have tails and tail surgery now!
