This PR strives to increase variation in engineering shifts allowing for TEGs to behave differently.

- *Magic* interaction (reagents) with circulators to adjust performance (WIP)

- Circulator variants with FUN (WIP)

- TEG variants which perform better in certain operating ranges (TODO)

- TEG variants with FUN (TODO)

For issue reproducibility and player discoverability will have serial numbers or other identifying marks on equipment.


Why's this needed?
