While I don't normally play with Xavier McMullen I did happen to this morning, and I honestly think he'd be fine for the beret. He's got good RP sec habits, like trying to arrest non-threatening people with words versus opening up with a taser. He's also really accepting of being nice to antags and it plays out in game that way.

At least ones that don't cause a lot of trouble!
