I second the ghost house idea. Perhaps a zlevel with a bunch of ghost goggles on it so people who go there can see ALL THE SPOOOOOOOOOOOKY GHOSTS.

Oh this would be great, we'd have some staff assistant named Luigi running off to telescience to go suck up ghosts.
