While a patient is on the operating table - and you have opened their skull up (not removed the brain) - one should be able to use a normal spoon on the patient; causing it to turn into a brain filled spoon food-item.
This procedure will inflict brain damage on the patient.
Eating the brain from the spoon might give you a tiny bit of prions.
