let it fire a power shot that uses all the energy in the gun, sends whoever it hits flying backwards, shatters all nearby windows and lights and permanently deafens everyone in earshot including the one who fired it. also pointblanking it gibs the target but blows both of the shooter's arms off. It's an assistant item, it should be ridiculously dangerous to everyone including the person using it.
