Call the Navigator is the supplementary video for Atlas, which in-universe is a cartography ship, and I hope it's not hard to see why a captain celebrating his crew and life exploring the stars embodies Atlas.
Legend of Kyrandia's track Malcom! is something I whip out for fluke ops, but the song's playful beats with slight undertones of something sinister embody SS13 in general for me.
People seem to really like Command & Conquer Remastered's edition of Hell March as both a general epic song and specific nuke ops song--like I think someone told me it hyped them so much they stopped in the middle of breakfast and joined the game. And it's apparently like the signature song of the series but...I just don't feel the magic. Happens with a lot of nuke op music recommendations in general for me, really.
