To me, whether making the Arrivals doors unweldable will stop people from walling Arrivals is kinda irrelevant. It's a related but ultimately separate issue that demands a different solution than the one for people welding Arrivals and something that's better suited for a different thread.
Anyway, I'm for this. It stops a few lazy griefers, which is still a plus in my book even if it doesn't stop more determined ones. There are very few reasons to weld Arrivals shut, so I don't see us losing much in the way of legit gameplay. It seems like a relatively simple change to execute too, though perhaps somewhat laborious if you go about changing Arrivals on all current maps.
