Very simply this would be something specifically available in VR and the Afterlife Bar - it is invulnerable and is treated as a person by the system. This should let people try things out, whether it be table flipping, wrestling moves, or just general combat. Perhaps it even has a switch that will cause the dummy to report on the damage being done to it.
