Add a nukeop tutorial/training arena to VR or the afterlife bar

Perhaps as a "Security Training Sim" that "happens" to also teach you how to be a Nuke Op

I've always thought it would be cool if NT had games in VR that are basically renamed jobs and antags. IE in-universe the thing that lets you be a nukie and shoot basic NPCs is some FPS game. Or there's a blob one that's an RTS game.
