SWAT gloves! Nukies start with them, they're basically black gloves but better.
They also immediately get swapped out with insuls.
But I was thinking, disarm resistance is now a thing, and nukies are pretty vulnerable to getting disarmed, and it seems they've been losing way more often than the crew lately, so why not give them a small buff? Give the SWAT gloves some measure of disarm resistance. Let the nukies hold on to their guns for a bit longer. The only harm I can see coming of it is the grievous bodily kind.
