It seems a bit pointless to spend your traitor bucks on a inferior flash that can damage your PDA when you can just hack a robotics fab and print as many flashes as you want
Stealthy PDA program that would work like detomatix but instead of exploding it would stun the target is a good idea tho. But I'd also make it pretty expensive since stunning remotely anyone you want seems a bit too OP
