Traitor Gear - FLASH.exe

A software cartridge that turns a PDA into a flash (with some extra functionality).

The details:

• Lacks the AoE ability that standard flashes have
  
• Can burn out, disabling the PDA (make sure you don't have your ID in it - you won't be able to get it out!)
  
• Can be "Rigged" - selecting this option through the FLASH.exe entry in the file manager will "arm" the PDA - the next time someone interacts with it, they'll be flashed (this flash lasts longer then normal)
  

Finally, I've got two different features you could give this item to make it really "pop":

• If you throw a PDA with FLASH.exe installed at someone (and hit them), you'll flash them
  

OR

• You can "send" a flash to someone, much like the missile ability of the "detomatix" cartridge already available to traitors.
  

I have no idea what this would cost - that depends on what special features are chosen for implementation. I imagine it'd cost more then a detomatix? Even if the ability to "mail" flashes to people had a limit of charges you could still use the PDA as a normal flash, and much like a normal flash that would take a while to burn it out. So you're getting more use out of it then a Detomatix.
