Minor Able to click-drag objects (e.g., mix chems) while handcuffed

I was able to mix chem beakers in my backpack while cuffed (and maybe stunned?)--seems like you shouldn't be able to do this.

Edit: Can also do it from within an ice cube, which protects the mixer from the ensuing reaction.
