I hate-hate-hate multi-step chems. More than I hate groups-with-leftovers. So here's some of the above, but simplified.
Don't forget to use a mechanical spigot!

Beaker 1
At least 16u of weldingfuel.
Beaker 2 (48u) (needs to be 100u capacity!)
nitrogen=8;hydrogen=28;carbon=4;oxygen=12  (this gets 4u of weld, if you want to do it manually)
Beaker 3 (72u)
ethanol=6;oxygen=6;silver=6;sodium=12;chlorine=12   (this gets the other 12u)
