Well, not true

I've seen e-gun lasers also damage reflective tiles.

Also, I'd say that this should be the way things work, they're resistant and do counter laser projectiles, but aren't completely immune, which keeps in line with how fire membranes still take damage to fire, just miniscule amounts? I may be wrong on that in which case ignore me.
