desc: spawns a buncha random gravity wells all over the station that are either attractors or repulsors, kinda like the artifacts, the wells are invisible, just serve to go and mess with people for a while before they disappear after 45 seconds to a minute??

additionals: has to be drains on the station z
desc: each drain becomes a fluid spawner and spawns a food amount of a random messy disgusting fluid (blood, sewage, compost, puke, ants, spiders, water, piss, bread, cheese, sex on the beach) every 2 seconds. this continues until the drain is welded, or the event ends after about 2 or 3 minutes.
