Major CHUI breaks in a number of ways

So I have had a lot of experiences with CHUI windows bugging out and doing annoying stuff that requires me to exit the game and reconnect from the byond hub to fix

It starts breaking randomly when I attempt to use a CHUI window (vendors are the most prone) or if I'm hacking a door and hit the power wire on pulse.

From here the window will proceed to the bounce between where I had it on the screen and to the top left of my screen, becoming unable to be clicked on.
