Are you certain you targeted the floor and not some object on top like dirt/fungus/lattices?
Perhaps try again and see if you can get it to repeat or not.

I was actually meaning to update this post, since I tried it yesterday, and it seems to be working again. I can confirm that I did target the floor/walls, however, as I was using it in combination with thermite, and when applied to the turf, the thermite would show up when scanned. So no clue what was going on, since it wasn't just a one off, and had been like that multiple rounds in a row, before I posted. However, it works now, so problem solved, I guess. I'll edit the thread now.
