Repressurizing hull breaches is kinda tedious for areas that don't have air hookups. It can be a little finicky too since air can seemingly pool in part of a room without spreading out the way it should. It frequently doesn't get done at all, and that can really suck on certain maps (looking at you, Cog1 hallway).
A bot to automate the process would be great. Just drag it to the room in question and let it putter around farting out air. Maybe literally. As an added bonus*, if it worked off an internal reservoir you could potentially fill it with things other than air for Fun Purposes.
Alternatively, add this functionality to the poor, neglected FloorBot instead.
