Minor Obesity sprite still stays even after losing the gene

If gain obesity and  then ater lose it, your character model still uses the fat body model. While it's exactly game-breaking, it makes it hard to to tell if you've lost your obesity without paying attention to the chat or attempting to put on a jumpsuit. It also makes a lot of clothes look they have this weird skin aura.
