This is not an infinite smoke bug, rather a small amount of harmful reagents diluted by a very large smoke cloud. The problem is that certain reagents weren't considering microdosing (example : splashing 0.00001u of spacelube on a tile would still fully lube the tile).
I've updated a couple more reagents to account for this now, let me know if there are any other suspect ones. (example spacelube fix : lube will now persist for less overall time depending on the level of dilution)
