[Feature] Dice Rework :D

Additions:

- Three new dice-related items purchasable from the STG machine

• Dice Boxes: Hold five dice and spawn with 5 D6 of a random color of 8 current colors
  
• Dice Pouches: Hold up to seven dice or seven dice bundles, fit in pockets, only hold dice, spawn with a D6 and all rpg dice, colored
  
• Dice Cups: Hold up to five dice, can roll dice, allow hidden rolls, all intent combos listed in the examine text, will tell you if someone peeks at your dice :P
  

- Dice now have a very small chance to slip you if you're running. Chance is multiplied by running over higher amounts of dice.
- Dice now have a small chance to trip and damage you if you step on them without shoes on.

- Rolls will now render in chat in a single line, complete with images
