- Implements Popsicles
- They spawn in a popsicle box in the kitchen fridge
- They also can be bought at snack machines
- 1/100 chance for creamsicle, which heals you for quite a bit
- 8/100 chance for popsicles to already be melted when you open them
- Melted popsicles spill their reagents out onto the floor
- You can eat them in the bag if you don't want to risk a melted popsicle
- Implements Blueberries
- Implements Blueberry Juice
- Blueberries contain blueberry juice. Wow, Woah.

NOTE TO MERGER:
I've done these in separate commits so that they can be added separately. Adding Popsicles without Blueberries will mess up one of the flavors, but there shouldn't be any runtimes associated with trying to add a reagent using a non-existent ID.
