Make it so beating people with an instrument plays notes

More unique sounds for melee hits would be excellent. A simple one that can already be done is to make the bikehorn honk when it's used to hit someone.

Wouldn't it be possible to find some stock instrument sounds somewhere? I don't think it'd be particularly difficult, though I'm not sure where to look.
